PAYMENT METHODS: We offer a secure online shopping cart, accepting MASTERCARD,VISA,DISCOVER and AMERICAN EXPRESS. We also accept PayPal.
SALES TAX: MA residents will be charged 5.0% MA sales tax.
SHIPPING: We charge 15% for shipping and insurance plus a $2.00 handling fee to cover the cost of packaging. Most orders will ship within (3-5) business days. Please note, this does not include weekends or holidays. Orders will be shipped via UPS or United States Postal Service. Please allow (7-14) days for packages to arrive. All items are packed with care and are shipped insured. If your package arrives in unacceptable condition, do not accept it from the carrier. Contact your local USPS or UPS within 48 hours at 1-800-742-5877. It is the consumers responsibility to report damages to UPS and to file a claim for loss with the carrier. Cinnamon Sticks & Candlewicks is not liable for merchandise damaged or misdirected in transit.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it to us within 10 days in its original condition for a full refund less shipping cost and sales tax if applicable. Shipping charges and sales tax are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser unless the order was processed incorrectly by Cinnamon Sticks & Candlewicks. Be sure to include your invoice along with the reason for the return or exchange. If you are requesting a refund, credit will be issued to your credit card upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
